This luxurious estate is situated on the beautiful coast of the Angolan capital – Luanda. KNOF design was commissioned to turn this 7,500 sf property into a single family Balinese style holiday resort home with integrated landscaping concept and site layout including two additional guest houses, staff house, gym and security station.

The conceptual site plan was developed to accommodate an integrated and wholistic design and layout incorporating Balinese planning principles and design details.

The front area of the property, towards the street houses the auxiliary components in a more private location, while the recreational, relaxation and meditation areas are planned towards the western beach facing area for maximum unobstructed sunset and ocean views. A serene and sustainable design approach was taken so that the property could maintain a truth to the handmade ideologies of Balinese design.
